Please be advised that TMK counselling is not a crisis-based service. If you are suicidal or have an emergency, please contact Police at 9-1-1.

CMHA Crisis Services provides 24-hour/365-day walk-in, crisis support for individuals aged 16+ in the London and Middlesex area. A team is available 24/7 to respond to crisis calls or to provide face-to-face mobile support in the community. They can be reached at 519-433-2023.
